I was so happy to see I could just order a replacement leg, with free (and fast!) shipping, instead of having to purchase an entirely new stool. That kind of customer service is rare nowadays! The new leg is perfect and you can't even tell which one was replaced. Thank you!

We got these stools for our quadruplets about 8 years ago. The kids love them and they have held up very well. Recently, one of the kids stepped on the stool with it not level on the ground and the leg split in half. I contacted the company about getting a replacement. For a very reasonable price, we had the replacement leg within a week. You would never know one of the legs is not one of the originals.

These legs for a personalized name stool were perfect! They fit nicely and seem sturdy. I know it took a lot to break the last one, so I know they will last. Great shipping speed!
